Updates
8-06-2007:
I've started a blog. You can find the link on the link menu
to the left. All of my current FOR SALE animals will be posted in my blog from now on.  I am reducing my herd drastically at this time, so there will be several adult Grand Champions listed as well as all German and Giant Angoras.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Angora Rabbit breeding and showing.
My Rabbitry, Angie's Angoras, and my Fiber studio are located in central Georgia, 55 miles south of Atlanta, outside of the small town called Forsyth.

My indoor, climate controlled Rabbitry houses some of the best French and Giant Angoras available. I pride myself in maintaining a small herd of Angora Rabbits and breed for quality versus quantity. Every litter of babies is carefully bred for health, temperament, quality, and wool production. Every rabbit in our barn has a name. We spend hours with them every day and we consider our bunnies pets rather than  livestock.

My hobby of raising rabbits has developed into 3 major activities:
* The showing of my rabbits at local and national shows.
* Careful and limited breeding of our best animals to produce show quality offspring.
* Selling of quality raw Angora fiber for the hand spinner. We also offer some of the best handspun angora yarns at reasonable prices to the knitters and crafters through my Fiber Studio, "Perfect Halo "

Show results:
I am proud to say that my Angoras have taken countless Best in Breed awards at the local and national level, including:
Best of Breed and Best Opposite Sex French Angora Youth ARBA Convention 2005,
Best Of Breed French Angora ARBA Convention 2000,
Best of Breed French Angora at ARBA Convention 1997,
Best of Breed Giant Angora ARBA Convention 1999,
Best Opposite Sex Giant Angora ARBA Convention 1996.
My current Breeding stock has garnered a total of 18 Best in Show awards in both French and Giant Angoras.
Latest BIS: AA's Kate, Sable French Angora, Open All Breed BIS Monroe, GA 3-25-2007

My current pedigreed bloodlines have been developed from several beautiful animals imported from California. I pride myself on the fact that every adult rabbit in our barn that is used for breeding is first registered with ARBA, and is of show quality. 95% of our breeding Angoras are Grand Championed. I do not keep or breed rabbits that have genetic disqualifications, or that are not of the proper quality to be shown and championed. This is to ensure that future generations of rabbits that I sell have a solid background and lack most of the preventable DQ's.
Our pedigrees are impressive and we continue to improve each breed according to it's Standard.

When available, I sell purebred bunnies (and occasionally an adult) to responsible homes, prices vary according to breed and the quality of the bunny.
Please feel free to browse this webpage, and come back often to look for updates and more pictures.
